Ausrufung und Gründung
Am 21. November 2018 wurde die Artonomie AG als künstlerische Skulptur im Wirtschaftsraum ausgerufen und gegründet.
Auszug aus dem Firmenzweck:
Die Gesellschaft bezweckt ein Wirtschaften, das zuerst der Kunst und dann der Ökonomie folgt. Sie ist eine künstlerische Intervention, eine unfertige Skulptur in Form einer Aktiengesellschaft, die die Verschmelzung von Kunst mit Alltag und Wirtschaft bezweckt. Ohne dass sich die Kunst verbiegt oder Kompromisse eingeht. […] Die Artonomie AG arbeitet in Komplizenschaft mit Unternehmen. Im Fokus steht die klare Haltung für unübliches Denken, Wirtschaften und Handeln im Markt.
